About the Role

You will report to the Director of Revenue Operations and serve as the primary RevOps partner to the GM of International, acting as the on-the-ground operator supporting the day-to-day execution of our International business. This role will work in close partnership with centralized Sales Ops, CS Ops, and Deal Enablement teams, ensuring global strategies are effectively localized, operationalized, and executed across International markets.

You will focus on driving operational excellence across the full customer lifecycle from new business through expansion and retention, while supporting regional leadership with insights, process rigor, and deal execution.

What You’ll Accomplish

  • Serve as the primary RevOps partner to the GM of International, supporting day-to-day operations, execution, and regional priorities
  • Act as the connective tissue between International and centralized Sales Ops, CS Ops, and Deal Enablement teams to ensure alignment and effective rollout of global programs
  • Support pipeline management, deal execution, and forecasting processes for the International business, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights
  • Partner closely with sales and customer success leaders to improve operational rigor across opp hygiene and churn / renewal cadences
  • Drive deal enablement in-region by supporting complex deals, approvals, and adherence to pricing and governance frameworks
  • Contribute to forecasting cycles and business reviews, providing regional insights and highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Provide analytical support to the GM of International and broader International leadership by synthesizing performance data, surfacing trends, and delivering actionable recommendations across the revenue funnel
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve revenue performance across EMEA through data-driven insights, including pipeline health, conversion rates, and retention dynamics
  • Support ongoing operating cadences (e.g., pipeline reviews, forecast calls, QBRs) to drive accountability and performance
  • Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies in the International GTM motion and partner with global teams to implement scalable solutions
  • Support cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing to operationalize International growth strategies

Your Expertise

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or similar role in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Experience supporting regional or international GTM teams, ideally in a distributed/global operating model
  • Strong understanding of sales, customer success, and deal lifecycle operations
  • Proven ability to partner with senior regional leadership (e.g., GM, VP-level) and act as a trusted operator and advisor
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You have the ability to influence without direct authority across global teams
  • Excellent program management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable operating as an individual contributor who drives impact through partnership, ownership, and execution
