Who we are
We are seeking an experienced Acquisition & Customer Marketing Manager to join our marketing team in London. The ideal candidate will be a swiss-army knife marketer who understands the full marketing ecosystem and has a passion for customer and acquisition lifecycle marketing. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, thinks outside the box and has an entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, but can also get into the weeds of data analysis and campaign planning. You'll be responsible for creating, executing, measuring, and optimising integrated campaigns that drive demand, increase customer engagement, and generate revenue.
This role is an individual contributor so you should have a demonstrated track record of owning campaigns from ideation, through execution, and analysis. This role will require being a liaison with various teams located across the globe and coordinating global campaigns into an overall marketing plan, so the ideal candidate has experience working with international markets, including US and Australia.
UK and Australia are expansion markets for Attentive, so this is an incredible opportunity to grow in a market and role with a lot of white space. This role reports to the Senior Director, International Marketing. The role is hybrid, and you will be required to come into our Shoreditch office on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week.
Why Attentive needs you
- Own demand generation and customer marketing strategy for UK and Australia, including original campaign ideation/execution and partnering with US team to repurpose and globalise campaigns for UK and Australia markets.
- Manages sales and CS enablement organisation, including drafting enablement copy and optimising current repositories of existing content like Highspot.
- Manage the ABM and winback strategy and execution for both prospects and customers.
- Write copy for marketing campaigns like guides, webinars, emails, and ads.
- Consistently track the results of marketing campaigns and optimise programmes and meet quarterly marketing goals.
- Support marketing operations function including lead auditing, creating Salesforce reports, CRM management
- Liaison with performance marketing to create regionalised ad creative
- Monitor and analyse industry trends and customer behaviours to optimise marketing programmes and identify new opportunities.
About you
- 5+ years of experience in B2B/digital marketing, with a focus on growth, acquisition and/or customer marketing experience. Paid/performance experience not necessary.
- Experience managing demand gen campaigns, including ideation, project management, cross-functional collaboration, content creation, execution, promotion, amplification, and analysis.
- Experience managing email marketing campaigns, nurturing campaigns, and segmentation—Hubspot experience preferred.
- Salesforce experience required. Knowledge of building reports/dashboard, and an understanding account/contact/lead fields and campaigns, how they map to other systems.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to act like an owner. Ability to multitask and prioritise assignments.
- Excellent communication skills and proactive approach to managing up and down.
- Comfort with ambiguity and being able to colour outside the lines.
- Past experience in a tech startup is a plus.
