About the Role
We're looking for a strategic, scrappy, and execution-focused Product Marketing Manager to own enablement, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across Belfry’s B2B SaaS product suite. You’ll be the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing - ensuring we clearly communicate our value, build the right collateral, and drive growth through enablement and product marketing excellence.
This role is based in Austin, TX (3 days in office each week) and reports directly to the Head of Growth.
What You’ll Own
Drive go-to-market strategy and execution for new features, segments, and campaigns in partnership with Product, Sales, CS, and Demand Gen.
Craft clear, differentiated messaging and positioning informed by customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis.
Build scalable enablement content and tools (battlecards, decks, one-pagers, training) to support revenue teams.
Partner with RevOps and Sales to improve funnel conversion and overall GTM effectiveness.
Lead product launches and release communications, including blogs, roadmap updates, and webinars.
Spend time with customers to understand their pain points, workflows, and behaviors, translating insights into GTM strategy.
Act as the bridge between Product and go-to-market teams, ensuring alignment on value, roadmap, and launch readiness.
Requirements
5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing (vertical SaaS strongly preferred)
Proven success leading product launches and GTM programs across multiple SMB-ENT segments
Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially cross-functionally
Comfortable traveling to observe customers in action, attend events, and stay close to the customer
Data-driven: Prefer using metrics to measure performance and make decisions
Must be based in Austin, TX
