What’s Brewing...

As a Part Time or Full Time Seasonal Service Pro at Blank Street, you’ll join our team during our peak season from September 15th 2023 to January 1st 2024. Our Seasonal Service Pro’s will work in a fast paced environment assisting our core team of Baristas and Shift Leads in crafting our products, ringing up customer sales and preparing food and pastries. All while warmly engaging with our customers striving on every shift to live our company value of creating a “my home is your home” level of hospitality.

What you’ll own:

  • Support Baristas and Shift Leads in opening and closing the cafe
  • Greet and engage with any and all who walk through our doors, always aiming to make a memorable experience for our customers
  • Accurately and swiftly ring up purchases on our Square Point of Sale
  • Seamlessly process card and cash payments with accuracy
  • Prepare drinks such as; hot brew, cold brew, teas and some espresso based drinks
  • Package food and pastries for all in store, pick-up, and delivery orders
  • Ensure the cafe is clean, stocked and in DOH standards at all times

Who you are:

  • Someone with experience delivering passionate, high quality customer service always striving to make positive and welcoming connections with guests and coworkers
  • A strong independent problem solver with honed multi-tasking skills
  • An adaptable and curious learner with a desire to learn new things
  • Someone with excellent time management skills who consistently shows up as reliable


  • Experience in the customer service or hospitality industry
  • 18+ years of age
  • Able to lift 25+ lbs, able to stand for long periods of time
  • A flexible schedule with availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Part Time: 15-25 hours per week, 3 days of availability required and must be available to work 2 peak days (Peak days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
  • Full Time: 30-40 hours per week, 4-5 days of availability required and must be available to work 2 peak days (Peak days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
  • You must be authorized to work in the U.S.: upon acceptance of a job offer and completion of the Form I-9 with acceptable documents, Blank Street will provide the federal government with employees’ Form I-9 information to confirm authorization to work in the U.S. (a process known as “E-Verify”).
