Responsibilities:
- Align talent initiatives with the overall business objectives
- Own employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate and employee experience that aligns with values and future business goals/outcomes
- Employee relations support
- Evolve performance management systems to drive employee engagement and development with accountability and the ability to think like an owner
- Continue to develop the onboarding program to enhance the experience and education within the industry
- Administration of employee benefits, compensation, and compliance with HR policies to motivate and drive employees toward business goals and outcomes
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology and workplace strategies
- Promote and reinforce Boardables values and culture, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
- Diversity, equity and inclusion should be at the forefront of each of the areas covered above and thought about as a focus on how we build and lead inclusive teams
Qualifications:
- You have 3-5 years of HR experience including experience within a technology company
- You want to work in a hybrid work environment, therefore based in the Indianapolis area and able to work from the office 3 days per week
- You can successfully work as a team of one within talent
- You would describe yourself as both adaptable and flexible
- You have a strong passion and interest for technology and how to utilize technology to achieve goals more efficiently and effectively
- You have a bias for action
- You have the ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels and enjoy getting stuff done
- You lead with empathy
