Growth Marketer

We are seeking a Growth Marketer to join our team at Boardable. In this role, you'll assist with building strategic growth initiatives through innovative marketing tactics and data-driven experimentation. As a key member of the Growth team, you'll play a role in shaping our trajectory and expanding our customer base sustainably.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze funnel analytics to identify bottlenecks and optimize user flow from trial sign-up to paid conversion and beyond.
  • Spearhead A/B testing campaigns across product and marketing channels to improve conversion rates and other key performance indicators.
  • Design and execute tests focusing on in-product messaging and experiences, prioritizing based on potential impact and iterating as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to align growth initiatives with user feedback and market demand.
  • Utilize various testing methodologies to optimize conversion rates, user engagement, and overall performance metrics.
  • Analyze funnel analytics to identify bottlenecks and optimize user flow from trial sign-up to paid conversion and beyond.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to enhance results.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in growth marketing and SaaS industry developments.
  • Innovate and iterate on growth strategies based on data insights and market feedback to ensure sustainable and scalable growth.

  • Implementation of a series of A/B tests to optimize the trial sign-up process, resulting in a 25% increase in trial sign-ups.
  • Development of a referral program targeting existing users, incentivizing word-of-mouth and lowering customer acquisition costs.
  • Revamp of the onboarding process for new trial and freemium users, incorporating automated educational emails and tutorials.

  • User Acquisition: A 40% year-over-year increase in new user sign-ups, with a significant reduction in cost per acquisition.
  • Engagement: Enhanced product engagement metrics, with a 30% improvement in daily active users and a 20% increase in feature adoption rates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, strategy, business management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a related role within the startup space.
  • Portfolio showcasing successful growth implementations and interventions.
  • Expertise in marketing, online strategies, user experience, and business development.
  • Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics.
  • Proficiency in web optimization, sales generation, conversion analysis, and creating sales funnels.
  • Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, automation, and campaign monitoring platforms.
  • Creative, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and design skills.
  • Experience in a startup or small company environment, demonstrating resourcefulness and proactive approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Experience using Heap and Intercom
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems, HubSpot certification a plus.
  • Experience with subscription-based SaaS revenue models and product-led growth environments.
  • Experience serving on a nonprofit board.
