The Engineering team includes Data, IT, Security, and Software, and is responsible for building innovative products and infrastructure for Brex and our customers. We believe that engineers should accelerate the business through technology, and collaborate across multiple teams to accomplish that. What you’ll do
Technical program managers play a critical role in ensuring high-quality and timely execution across Brex’s Engineering org. You will be the one of the first TPMs supporting Brex’s Foundations Engineering organization, serving our infrastructure needs. You’ll primarily be responsible for driving infrastructure programs that typically involve re-architecture, migration, and reliability type efforts.
Responsibilities
Work with teams in and out of the engineering org to support our Foundations department, encompassing Core Platform, Infrastructure, Security, Governance, etc.
Leverage prior experience and subject matter knowledge to contribute to technical design, decisions and program strategy.
Develop and manage end-to-end program plans to ensure successful delivery.
Work directly with engineering teams to drive change.
Provide proactive and regular updates on programs, align teams on goals and objectives, set clear expectations, inform status, and manage risks and dependencies.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and negotiate priorities to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
8+ years of technical product/program management experience
Experience working on programs or processes for a software development organization, preferably on an infrastructure related team
A passion for maintaining a culture of performance and resiliency, and being able to espouse that throughout the organization.
Experience with project management and analytics software such as Jira and Looker
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Previous experience being a foundational member of an early-stage start up. We value entrepreneurial spirit & scrappiness!
Extensive knowledge in a domain relating to procurement and bill payment products.
