Operations Program Management at Brex

The Operations Program Management team ensures the smooth and efficient running of the expansive Operations organization, working with product, engineering, and other operations teams to ensure operations can collectively power our “Dream Big” visions at Brex. As an Associate on the Operations Program Management team, you'll work cross-functionally — with other operations teams, product and engineering teams, and beyond — to ensure high quality and timely execution of essential strategic projects that unlock Brex’s global strategy.


  • Work with operations, product, engineering, go-to-market, and other teams at Brex to develop project plans with clear scope and deliverables across all impacted functional areas. You'll play a large part in helping us further define, build, and execute on our company strategy.
  • Be the organizing body that brings all impacted parties together, orchestrating all workstreams towards a common goal.
  • Advocate for the needs of Operations and ensure we have the people, processes, and technology to enable Brex to scale.
  • Provide seamless change management for initiatives impacting the Ops team – ensuring no detail is left out and all impacts are accounted for.
  • Lead and execute a portfolio of operations programs, ensuring they align with strategic goals.


  • Excellent soft skills catered towards a variety of stakeholder functions. You're able to clearly and concisely communicate an idea, or overall project/program status.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple programs, projects, and tasks simultaneously
  • The ability to break down complex projects into manageable, interdependent deliverables.
  • A keen eye for prioritization and continuous optimization. You have the ability to discern the urgency and importance of work.
  • Fluent English

  • Prior project/program management experience in the financial services, startup, or technology industry.
