What you’ll do

The Recruiting Operations Generalist will support across a variety of recruiting projects - from core operations - to enablement - to employer branding. You will help optimize all recruiting-related systems and tools to build more scalable solutions and enable hiring at Brex. You will know our Recruiting tech stack inside and out, serving as the SME and POC for internal and external stakeholders, optimizing for better hiring workflows, and ultimately improving the candidate experience.

Where you'll work

This role will be based in our Vancouver office. You must be willing to work in the office at least 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday, starting the week of September 1st, 2025, when we open our Sao Paulo office. Employees will be able to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the integrity of recruiting data by conducting regular audits, ensuring accuracy and cleanliness across all datasets to support informed decision-making within the team.
  • Design, build, and maintain comprehensive dashboards to visualize recruiting metrics, addressing requests from recruiting leadership to develop new analytics solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectively solve recruiting challenges.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to improve recruiter workflows, daily roadblocks, and interruptions
  • Serve as the point of contact for all vendors, managing QBRs, payments, onboarding, and renewals - with the goal of ensuring utilization of our tools the best way possible
  • Identify opportunities for improvement within our recruiting programs and define the success metrics of those initiatives
  • Own and optimize the recruiting knowledge center by documenting and maintaining processes, instructional guides, and cohort views
  • Lead, shape and manage cross-functional programs, with exceptional attention to detail and influence

Requirements

  • 2+ years of project management or programmatic experience OR 1+ year of experience in management consulting, recruiting operations or HR operations
  • Strong vendor management experience with the ability to influence
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, working autonomously and navigating ambiguity with ease
  • Experience driving and influencing program adoption and change management

  • Knowledge of the recruiting and HR space

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $96,000 - $120,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
