🗒️ About the Role:

As the Technical Lead of our "Buyables" team, you’ll drive and manage a Software Engineering unit dedicated to design and maintain all the offering that our clients offer to their members. Your team’s focus areas will include:

• Managing the subscription and pass architecture—an essential component of bsport's business model
• Enhancing our e-commerce solutions to help clients sell studio products seamlessly to their members, including stock management and integration with third party providers
• Crafting new product and services that our clients will be able to offer in their member.

🎯 What will be your impact:

As a Technical lead, ie hands-on Engineering Manager, you will:

• Build and lead a high-performing team of Software Engineers to manage the full-lifecycles of your products (backend, front-end, infrastructure...)
• Architect robust systems to deliver a wide range of customizable offering for our members on our mobile apps and web interfaces
• Collaborate closely with key bsport business units to implement new products and provide valuable feedback
• Mentor team members, nurturing their professional growth and development

• You have substantial experience in any current Object-Oriented backend language (familiarity with Python and Django is a plus)
• You are professionally proficient in English
