About the role:
The Customer Operations Specialist analyzes customer and employee conversations to deliver actionable insights. You’ll improve ticketing, reporting, and processes across various use cases, working closely with the Customer Success Team. You’ll also liaise with clients and partners to understand pain points and ensure our solutions address their needs.
What will be your impact:
- Report client issues and improvement requests via our ticketing tool
- Oversee branded app development (iOS & Android) with clients and internal teams
- Support clients on technical matters and act as a platform expert
- Collaborate with third parties, partners, and cross-functional teams
- Clearly document processes and instructions for easy replication
You would be great fit if you have:
- Experience in QA, customer support, or product-related roles
- Background in engineering, product management, or similar studies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and support teams
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
