We’re scaling fast — and we need a Senior Product Operations leader to ensure our product organization runs with precision, speed, and strategic alignment.
About the role:
As our Senior Product Operations specialist, you’ll work hand-in-hand with the CPO to make sure our operations not only run smoothly today but also enable our long-term strategy. You’ll be responsible for building the systems, processes, and insights that empower our product team to deliver at scale.
You will also own our Voice of the Customer (VoC) process, ensuring we systematically capture, synthesize, and act on customer insights. By tightening the feedback loop between our GTM teams and product priorities, you will help ensure we’re solving the most impactful problems for our customers and market.
In addition, you’ll help craft executive-level and board reporting, giving leadership the clarity, metrics, and narratives needed to make high-impact decisions.
🎯 What will be your impact:
Strategic Alignment & CPO Partnership
- Partner directly with the CPO to operationalize the product vision and long-term strategy.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear operational plans, timelines, and success metrics.
- Anticipate and remove operational roadblocks to strategic initiatives.
Operational Excellence
- Design, document, and optimize product development workflows across teams.
- Manage and improve the product tool stack (Jira, Notion, Metabase, etc.).
- Establish and maintain consistent product KPIs, tracking performance across verticals.
Voice of the Customer & Feedback Loops
- Own and continuously improve our Voice of the Customer program, ensuring structured, actionable insights feed into product decision-making.
- Tighten the feedback loop between GTM teams (Sales, CS, Marketing) and Product, ensuring customer needs and market signals are reflected in prioritization.
- Consolidate customer feedback from multiple sources into clear themes for the product roadmap.
Data, Reporting & Insights
- Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards to measure product performance, adoption, and business impact.
- Prepare board-level product updates in collaboration with the CPO, ensuring clear storytelling backed by data.
- Partner with PMs to run analyses that guide prioritization and investment decisions.
Innovation & AI-Driven Tools
- Proactively scout, test, and implement new tools and processes enabled by LLMs and emerging AI technologies.
- Train and evangelize best practices so product, design, engineering, and GTM teams can fully benefit from AI-powered capabilities.
- Measure adoption and impact of new tools, ensuring ROI and continuous improvement.
Release & Program Management
- Coordinate cross-functional readiness for product launches.
- Ensure release notes, documentation, and enablement materials are timely and high-quality.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify bottlenecks in product operations and implement scalable solutions.
- Benchmark and roll out industry best practices to improve team efficiency.

- Experience: 4+ years in product operations, program management, or similar roles within SaaS/tech, with exposure to executive-level reporting.
- Skills:
- Strong operational mindset with a bias for action.
- Exceptional data analysis and visualization skills (SQL a plus).
- Ability to design and run structured Voice of the Customer programs.
- Curiosity and hands-on experience with emerging AI/LLM tools.
- Clear, concise communicator able to craft exec-ready narratives.
- Mindset: Strategic thinker who also excels in hands-on execution.
- Collaboration: Proven track record working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Nice to Have: Experience in fitness, wellness, or appointment-based SaaS.
