About the role:
As a Billing Specialist, you will be the main point of contact regarding billing support for our customers as well as chasing the outstanding invoices.

Your main tasks will be :

• Ensuring the good settlement of invoices in due time

• Chasing up bad payers and following processes on debt recovery

• Handling billing related requests from internal teams and clients (B2B & B2C)

• Owning the configuration of new clients billing/platform set ups

• Managing churn related billing workflows, and leading billing negotiations such as termination contracts and settlement agreements

• Discover new opportunities for process improvements

• Assist Customer Success and Customer Care teams in the billing strategy to apply

• Working cross-functionally with sales, operations and customer service
  

You would be great fit if you have:

• 2 years min experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related role (in a B2B SaaS start-up is a plus).

• Fluency in English and French (additional languages such as German or Dutch are a strong plus)

• Good proficiency in Excel, knowledge of Hubspot / Notion / Stripe highly appreciated

• Attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities

• Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with customers
