Based in Barcelona, hybrid model.

We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic student to own a portfolio of clients and be directly accountable for guiding each through the entire pipeline to launch on both iOS and Android.

The role:

1. Pipeline management & triage

  • Identify blockers (technical, administrative, communication) preventing client launches

  • Run daily triage: update statuses, flag risks, prioritize escalations

  • Propose and test new approaches to reduce time-to-launch

  • Track progress across Notion, Intercom, and internal tools

2. Technical unblocking — iOS & Android

  • Guide clients through Apple Developer Program enrollment and Google Developer Account setup

  • Troubleshoot app submission issues and rejection reasons

  • Implement workarounds for clients without a website or professional email

  • Coordinate with our Mobile App Project Manager on technical blockers

3. Client communication & relationship management

  • Proactive outreach every day via Intercom; own the client experience

  • De-escalate at-risk situations immediately with empathy and clarity

  • Run client calls to unblock, educate, and build trust

  • Turn delays into trust-building moments


4. Process improvement

  • Document new blocker types and the fixes that worked

  • Identify patterns in where clients get stuck

  • Propose and prototype process improvements

  • Contribute to scaling the operations

You would be great fit if you have:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple clients and priorities

  • Proactive mindset; anticipate issues and escalate early

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving problems independently

  • Fluency in English

  • University internship agreement and available full-time (40h/week) for 5–6 months
