Trusted by 3,000+ studios worldwide, bsport helps studios manage bookings, memberships, payments, marketing, and reporting in one place so they can focus on building strong communities and growing their business.
After raising €30m in Series B funding, we are accelerating our growth and expanding internationally. We are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing who wants ownership of the full growth funnel and is excited to help shape the next stage of bsport’s growth.
About the role
Own and scale the growth funnel
Decide how much budget is needed and where it should be allocated based on performance and growth targets
Drive inbound pipeline growth from awareness to demo bookings
Build and improve acquisition strategies across paid, organic, and partner channels
Improve conversion rates and overall funnel efficiency
Track funnel performance from traffic to MQL to closed deals
Build an efficient channel mix paid acquisition
Identify the channels that matter most for bsport’s growth
Use data as your main guide, run daily, weekly, and deeper analyses to uncover opportunities
Manage performance marketing across channels such as Google Ads, SEO, GEO, Meta, LinkedIn, and new platforms worth testing
Set up a clear test and learn approach and run continuous experiments to improve performance
Work closely with external agencies, provide clear direction, and hold them accountable for results
Run experiments and improve performance
Apply a structured approach to testing and experimentation across campaigns and channels
Turn insights into clear actions and improvements that can be shared across teams
Collaborate across the business
Work with Product Marketing to turn positioning into strong campaigns
Partner with the Content team to create content that supports brand awareness, demand generation, and lead generation
Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to improve lead quality and pipeline conversion
Work with the Partner Manager to drive growth through the partner ecosystem
Build scalable growth infrastructure
Ensure reliable tracking and attribution across the funnel
Maintain clear reporting on growth metrics and campaign performance
What we are looking for
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing in B2B, SaaS, or a focused B2C sector
A strong sense of ownership and focus on results
Analytical thinking and curiosity about what drives performance, with the ability to use data to understand what is happening and the why behind
Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Google, social platforms or any other platforms
A strong customer mindset and the ability to step into the customer’s perspective when evaluating campaigns, landing pages, creative assets, or content
Comfort moving between strategy and execution
Strong prioritization skills based on the impact vs required effort.
Collaborative approach and clear communication when working with different teams
Curiosity and willingness to learn, test new ideas, and step outside your comfort zone
