Senior Web Producer (Personalization and Analytics Manager) (Circle Internet Services, Inc. (d/b/a CIRCLECI), San Francisco, CA)

Develop and execute personalization strategy on company website and related websites, using strong communication skills (verbal and written) to partner closely with demand generation, design, product marketing, content, and engineering teams. Create and manage web optimization/marketing KPI metrics. Lead web analysts to ensure comprehensive and accurate analytics across Amplitude, Looker, and Google Analytics. Analyze and track key metrics to develop insights and proactivity identify issues. Partner with the product team to identify opportunities that increase product usage and improve the free-to-paid conversion rate. Lead and execute usability studies to optimize web experiences that lead to higher conversion rate. Collaborate with the demand generation team to create and optimize landing page experiences. Ensure lead generation from the website is optimized and leads are routed appropriately. May telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. Salary: $111,000 - $139,000 per year.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Marketing, Web Design, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field plus 2 years of professional experience performing user experience design in a B2B organization, including web publishing, HTML, SEO, and integrating marketing automation systems. Must also have the following special skills: 2 years of professional experience with web analytics tools including Amplitude, Google Analytics, HotJar, or Adobe SiteCatalyst; 2 years of professional experience with marketing and sales automation tools including Marketo and Salesforce; 2 years of professional experience with project management tools including Jira, Monday.com, or Asana leveraging the Agile methodology; 2 years of professional experience with web production, including localization, quality assurance testing, and technical SEO; 1 year of professional experience using A/B testing platforms including Optimizely; and 1 year of professional experience with user experience testing using platforms including usertesting.com, userzoom.com, and moderated studies.
