Why We're Hiring
We’re building a world-class outbound sales team and looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive the next chapter of growth at Dripos. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines, connecting with coffee shop owners and operators across the country, many of whom are running multi-million dollar businesses.
This is an in-office role at our new Austin, TX location. You’ll collaborate with experienced AEs and sales leadership every day in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
What You’ll Do
Prospect into the small and mid-sized coffee shop segment via cold calling, emailing, and texting.
Work cold contact lists and revive lost or stale opportunities using creative and consistent outreach.
Partner with your AE to develop territory plans and multi-thread accounts with multiple decision makers.
Book qualified meetings (Sets) for your Account Executive and help manage handoff and follow-through.
Share insights and feedback from prospects to help iterate on sales messaging and sequences.
Track activities and results in HubSpot and participate in weekly team reviews and coaching.
Participate in trainings and role-plays to continuously sharpen your pitch and market understanding.
What We're Looking For
1+ years in a sales role (BDR, SDR, AE, or similar), ideally in SMB SaaS or restaurant tech.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly over the phone.
A strong work ethic, grit, and a desire to compete (and win) as part of a team.
Coachability: You’re hungry for feedback, love to role-play, and want to get better every day.
Obsession with the customer - your goal is to help owners run better businesses.
Bonus points for prior experience in the coffee or restaurant industry.
What Success Looks Like
You’re setting 15+ qualified meetings per month with target accounts.
You consistently hit or exceed quota, and actively help others on your team succeed.
You demonstrate progression in your skill set and are on track for promotion to AE within 12–18 months.
