ABOUT THE ROLE

Faber's operations team is responsible for driving enormous growth in the business. We pride ourselves on setting unreasonable goals and working in unison to achieve them.

As a Recruiter at Faber, you will:

• Work with Faber clients to ensure top quality applicants are considering their open positions
• Work closely with our sales team to understand the client's needs in more depth
• Manage and run our outbound job board campaigns to funnel applicants into our current job openings
• Set up interviews and reference checks with applicants
• Leverage Faber’s robust CRM to find ideal candidates

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Data-driven individuals
• No issues with being on the phone 50% of your day (previous experience in high-call volumes is a plus)
