We are looking for a Head of Sales who will be in charge of getting the first clients and then building a team capable of taking Fourvenues to the top of the market. Your day-to-day role will be to manage the UK sales team, meet with the best venues owners, secure great deals and help them to improve their business.

Functions
Work closely with the C-Level to define a winning strategy in the UK.
Conducting meetings with major accounts.
Carrying out actions to position and strengthen our brand image.
CRM Management (Pipedrive).
Teach your team how to deliver sales speech to attract new customers.
Carrying out product demostrations to potential customers, both online and in person.
Analysis of customer behaviour to create new features.
Coordinate your team to achieve the objectives set
Requirements
Entrepreneurial/intraprenurial spirit.
Ambition and desire to achieve great goals.
Social skills.
Working in an organized manner, proactive and problem-solving attitude.
50% out-of-office work with client visits.
2+ years experience in the entertainment industry.
Well-connected in the venue/nightlife/event scene is important for us.
Native English. Spanish is a plus.
Car licence is a plus.
