What do we expect from you?
Client Relationship Mastery: Deepen relationships with key clients and maintain constant contact with their staff.
Platform Expertise & Education: Master and promote Fourvenues platform's value and best practices providing industry expertise and be trusted with referral opportunities.
Regular Client Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins, online and in-person, ensuring client satisfaction and excellent customer relations.
Growth Opportunities: Collaborate with sales for seamless client onboarding and hand off as well as capturing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Feedback & Enhancement: Educate yet relay on client feedback for platform improvements and suggestions.
Strategic Marketing Collaboration: Identify and communicate marketing actions towards enhance venue and Fourvenues positioning.
Industry Insight & Presence: Stay updated on trends, networking events, and participate representing Fourvenues.
Data-Driven Insights: Generate concise recurrent reports on client activities and needs.
What do you need to be considered as an ideal candidate?
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer success and/or Account Executive within the SaaS and/or ticketing sector.
Valid regional car license.
Demonstrated autonomy and independence and remote working values.
Organized with a strong customer-centric approach and proactive mindset.
Willingness to travel frequently, including over 3 days a week. Expect travel on Fridays and/or Saturdays at least twice a month due to industry specifics.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills complemented by a positive attitude and empathy.
Proficient in identifying customer needs and estimating solution development timelines.
Advanced proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft as well as CRM’s such as Hubspot, Pipedrive, etc
Prior experience in the entertainment industry is a bonus.
Basic programming knowledge is an added advantage.
