Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for international markets aligned with the company's overall objectives.
Collaborate with international teams (territory / country managers) to discover market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes.
Understand the company's product and mission to convert it into attractive campaigns for our international markets.
Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social, print) and with the objective of improving the conversion rate.
Identify potential partnerships, collaborations, or alliances with local organizations to enhance market reach and credibility.
Obtain and report the principal key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives in each market.
Your profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master is a plus.
+ 3 years proven experience in international marketing. Experience within the SaaS industry is a plus.
Strong understanding of global market dynamics, cultural differences, and consumer behavior.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Analytical, but also an executor. Someone who “makes it happen”.
Well-connected in the venue/nightlife/event scene is important for us.
Availability to travel.
Native or professional level of English. Second language is a plus.
