We have freshly raised €3.75m from 20VC, Stride and Base10. We start and grow craft businesses. We are the fastest growing operating system for this in DACH. You will have the opportunity to lay the structure for scaling in a small high-performing team from Berlin and will work directly with the the founder.

At Handly, we support up-and-coming entrepreneurs to launch, manage and grow their own home service businesses (Handwerk). We help them setup their company, build their website, optimize for local SEO, and generate leads. On top of that, they get the software to handle everything—from writing quotes and invoices to closing deals and managing jobs efficiently.
Essentially, we build incredible success stories with people who are true experts in their craft. These are highly skilled, technical professionals creating real value for their customers. Demand for their services far outweighs supply, and their clients are deeply grateful for the work they deliver through handly.
We earn money through a revenue share of our home service businesses. This aligns our incentives 100%—meaning incredible transparency and trust between us and the business owners. We have never had churn, ever.

This is the job to be done:
Work directly with the founder on the most important company related topics and take ownership of special projects and initiatives.

Requirements
- Berlin-based or willing to relocate.
- Willing to work from the office. Every day.
