We have raised $4M from 20VC, Stride and Base10. We start and grow roofing businesses. We are the fastest growing business-in-a-box company in DACH. You will have the opportunity to lay the structure for scaling in a small high-performing team from Berlin and will work directly with the Operations Lead and the founder.

- Our craftsmen deliver real value to customers - the young family who wants to renovate their newly bought home. There is incredibly more demand than supply. Our customers’ customers are incredibly thankful, for the service that our partner companies can deliver to them through handly.
- You are the owner of this relationship. Together with the owner of the craftsmen company, you will launch the company and grow it to €1M revenue and beyond. You will do that with 10 companies eventually.
- Through our revenue share business model, you sit exactly at the most important point of our operation. Your daily work generates handly’s revenue. This makes the role of Venture Development Manager the most critical role of the company. A good point to grow from.
Day-to-day you will:
- Be responsible for the development of 10 recently founded roofing companies
- Have full revenue responsibility
- Assist and coach the companies in lead generation, sales, operations, and finance
- Strengthen handly’s value proposition: helping roofing businesses grow faster and more profitably
