See open jobs at Incredible Health.See open jobs similar to "Client Success Advocate" Base10.Incredible Health is hiring a highly motivated and energetic Client Success Advocate to work with hospitals and recruiters across the country to optimize their processes, engage nurse candidates and grow their hires. As a client-facing Client Success Advocate, you will play an important role in helping nurses find their next jobs by providing hospital recruiters with direct contact as they navigate our platform through the entire hiring process. You will build long-lasting client relationships by partnering with Sales for expansion and renewal activities.
A typical day in this role:
- Own a subset of client accounts and define growth strategies focused on hire revenue, retention, and hire growth.
- Serve as a client partner and advisor, helping our clients achieve their hiring goals through analyzing data and driving improvements in process, hiring funnel optimization, and more.
- Lead effective client meetings with thorough preparation including creating documents needed for meetings, success plans for clients, sending post-meeting communication internally and externally, and reporting on data.
- Speak with recruiters on our platform to help them progress candidates in their pipeline by following up on candidates in the funnel, and helping recruiters navigate our platform through the entire hiring process, including education on new product features.
- Work in an energetic and collaborative environment with a team of nurses and operations experts dedicated to helping Incredible Health grow and expand.
You might be the one we’re looking for if:
- You have experience delivering strong results in fast-paced, high-growth working environment and a client-facing role.
- You have the ability to prioritize and build long-lasting relationships with multiple Health System accounts and recruiters.
- You love building relationships with clients & have demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
- You excel at completing detailed tasks including but not limited to, communicating with talent on potential job opportunities, working with our recruiters on accurate RN roles, updating our Nurse Talent Advocate team on candidates in the pipeline, running hire audits and creating documents needed for client meetings including analyzing and pulling supporting data.
- You operate with a high degree of ownership and autonomy, while also being a strong collaborator with internal Incredible Health Teams such as the Talent Advocates and Client Partners.
- You love generating feedback and new ideas for improvement to better help our clients hire strong Nurse talent and ultimately succeed on our platform long-term.
- Obstacles don’t stop you. You think critically and creatively to solve problems, using data to support your solutions.
- You have a background in healthcare and/or experience in nursing or recruiting (highly preferred)
- You are authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Success in your first 6 months will look like:
- You have successfully helped employers find the best talent for their roles, and achieved key business goals for hires with the employers and talent you support.
- You have successfully improved the processes and hiring funnel for employers, and they are promising candidates for retention and revenue growth.
- You are confident when speaking with your clients and can clearly articulate how Incredible Health is supporting their hiring needs, including supporting recruiters to utilize our platform effectively to schedule candidate interviews and make candidate offers.
- You have delivered an “incredible” client experience and are starting to build “incredible” relationships with our clients.
- You have a deep understanding of your client’s needs and what is needed for them to have success on the Incredible Health platform.
