Overview

Handshake is seeking India-based Generalist Fellows to support frontier AI research through flexible, hourly contract work. This is not a traditional full-time role. You'll use your judgment, writing skills, and familiarity with today's leading AI tools to evaluate model outputs, complete research tasks, provide structured feedback, and help improve how frontier AI models navigate the web and solve real-world problems.

This is an ongoing, project-based opportunity that can be done alongside your primary employment or studies. Please note that this project is invite-only.

Details

• The position is remote and asynchronous - work independently from wherever you are.
• Work remotely and independently on short-term AI training projects, with no minimum commitment to hours.
• Project work includes and is not limited to developing domain-specific prompts and evaluating LLM responses.
• Learn new skills while contributing to the changing world of AI across various disciplines.
• Placement into a project will be dependent on project availability
  
  

What We're Looking For

• No prior professional experience required (students are encouraged to apply)
• Regular experience using today's leading LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• The ability to work independently and follow detailed technical guidelines
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
