It’s a multichannel communication system that helps 7000+ of our customers serve theirs better with 24/7 AI Agents, on-point integrations, and other forward-looking features.
Your mission
As the Head of Commercial Sales, you will build and scale a high-performing global commercial revenue engine focused on mid-market customers across North America, EMEA, APAC, and ANZ.
You will own commercial ARR growth across new business and expansion motions while driving an outbound-first GTM strategy. This role will lead and scale AE and BDR organizations improve forecasting and sales efficiency, and build a metrics-driven, execution-focused sales culture for the company’s next phase of growth.
You will work closely with founders and cross-functional leaders across Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and RevOps to shape GTM strategy, pricing, commercial execution, and customer growth initiatives.
Your toolkit
12–18+ years in B2B SaaS, AI, or technology sales with a proven track record leading a $25M–$30M+ commercial or mid-market sales org.
Outbound-first GTM builder - deep expertise in outbound-led pipeline generation and sales motion design.
AE and BDR org leadership - experienced in managing, scaling, and structuring both functions simultaneously.
Global sales experience - comfortable running multi-region motions across NA, EMEA, APAC, and ANZ.
Mid-market and emerging enterprise - proven success closing and expanding accounts in this segment.
Revenue operations fluency - strong command of forecasting, territory planning, sales analytics, and deal governance.
Expansion revenue focus - track record improving ACV, driving net revenue retention, and building predictable growth.
Strong people leader - experienced in hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams with performance-driven cultures.

Built outbound sales engines from early-stage to scale, not just inherited them.
Familiar with AI-native sales workflows, automation, and revenue intelligence tooling.
Experience leading distributed global teams across multiple international markets.
