Your Mission
We are looking for a strategic and execution oriented Head of Revenue Operations to build and scale the operational backbone of our GTM organization. This role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Leadership teams to drive predictable revenue growth, operational excellence, and scalable GTM processes.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of B2B SaaS revenue motions, forecasting, analytics, CRM ecosystems and cross functional execution. This individual will play a critical role in aligning teams, improving revenue visibility, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Your Toolkit
10+ years of experience with strong exposure across Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or Business Operations in B2B SaaS environments.
Proven experience supporting and scaling outbound-led SaaS businesses ideally in high-growth environments with meaningful revenue scale ($50M+ ARR preferred).
Strong expertise across Sales Ops, pipeline management, forecasting, CRM operations, enrichment workflows, account targeting, and GTM process optimization.
AI native operator - actively leverages AI tools and automation across reporting, forecasting, CRM workflows, outbound operations, analytics, and operational efficiency improvements.
Strong business and commercial acumen - understands how Sales, CS, Marketing, and Product functions work together to drive growth, retention, and expansion.
High ownership and builder mindset - doesn’t wait for perfect processes; identifies operational gaps, builds systems, improves workflows, and scales execution proactively.
Strong analytical and systems thinking capability - comfortable managing operational complexity, funnel metrics, data hygiene, and scalable GTM processes.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - able to partner closely with Sales, CS, Product, and Leadership teams as a strategic thought partner.
Experience managing or mentoring RevOps / Sales Ops / GTM Ops teams in fast-paced SaaS environments.
Comfortable operating in high-growth, ambiguous environments with evolving processes and priorities.

You've a proven track record of leveraging AI tools and automation to improve operational efficiency, forecasting, reporting, and GTM productivity.
You've experience building scalable reporting frameworks, dashboards, forecasting models, and operational processes in high-growth environments.
