About the Role: The Loop AI Fellowship is a time-boxed, no-strings-attached contractual role with the optionality to mature into a full-time role, designed for mid-career professionals who know there's a post-AI world coming — and want to be ready for it. This isn't a traditional hire. It's an immersive, hands-on runway for operators, strategists and domain experts who are intellectually restless, have deep industry intuition, and want to figure out what they're capable of when AI is in their hands, but don't know how exactly to leverage AI just yet. This is a role for you to learn AI building by solving actual business problems while figuring out your own niche.

As a Loop AI Fellow, you will be embedded inside Loop's Strategy & Operations engine — working on real, live problems across customer value, agentic workflows, and product intelligence. You will not be a spectator. You will build. You will ship. You will use AI tools daily to solve problems that matter, and in doing so, discover what your unique superpower looks like in an AI-native world.

The Fellowship is structured to be as valuable for you as it is for Loop. You leave with clarity — on what you want to build, where you create outsized leverage, and what your niche looks like in the world that's already here. And if all works well, you will transition into a full-time role as a Senior strategist.

Responsibilities:

• Own a defined problem space within Loop's Strategy & Operations charter — spanning customer value, agentic workflow improvement, or go-to-market intelligence
• Build, test and iterate on AI-powered workflows, templates and internal tools using low-code, no-code or vibe-coded solutions to solve real operational problems
• Work alongside Loop's strategists and AI engineers to improve agentic systems — contributing to evals, system prompts, workflow design and output quality
• Identify patterns in customer and operational data and translate them into playbooks, dashboards or process improvements with measurable impact
• Bring your domain expertise to the table — whether that's finance, consulting, consumer, product or operations — and stress-test it against what AI can now do
• Document your learnings and outputs in ways that create lasting value for Loop's product and GTM teams
  
  
  
  
  

Eligibility / Fit: You are most likely a strong candidate for this Fellowship if you:

• Have 2+ years of experience across industries like management consulting, investment banking, consumer internet, SaaS, fintech, CPG, media or operations — and are at an inflection point in your career
• Are deeply curious about AI but haven't yet had a structured, immersive environment to actually build with it — and want to change that
• Have strong pattern recognition and problem-structuring instincts from your previous career, and want to point them at a new frontier
• Are comfortable with ambiguity, thrive in fast-moving environments, and don't need a perfectly scoped brief to get moving
• Want to figure out your own AI-native niche — whether that's as a future founder, an AI-augmented operator, a product leader, or something entirely new
• Demonstrate the cultural values of Loop across radical ownership, customer obsession and the ability to lose no time & move fast on solving problems
  
  
  
  
  

Having one or more of the following spikes makes you a preferred candidate, in addition to the above:

• You cleared some of the most competitive hiring processes in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital / Private Equity, Big Tech or top CPG brands — and bring structured thinking as a baseline
• You went through the rigour of high-pedigree programs like but not limited to IIT, IIM, BITS & Ivy League universities
• You have already been tinkering with AI tools — ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Notion AI, or others — and have a gut sense of the surface area, even if you haven't built formally
• You were a founder or early operator who has seen a company grow, and are now recalibrating what the next chapter looks like
• You have proficiency in building low-code / no-code tools or can vibe-code your way through a working prototype
