Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and visualize data to extract meaningful insights that inform product strategy and roadmap decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, etc.) to identify business problems that can be solved using data
• Design, implement, and analyse experiments (A/B tests, feature rollouts, etc.) to measure the impact of product changes
• Define and track key product metrics to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor product health and user behaviour
• Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a product-focused environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with product metrics, experimentation frameworks, and data visualization tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
