Mason is looking for a Senior level Operations Program Manager (OPM). As we grow our operations throughout all stages of the product life-cycle, this person will bring in industry expertise to drive productization and lifecycle management by working cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Suppliers, Operations and Finance teams. Strong Technical and Supply Chain experience in the development/delivery of consumer electronics is required. In addition, the ability to think both strategically and tactically are critical to the success of this function. This person will play a key part in helping us deliver impactful products with the right balance of schedule, feature, cost, and delivery. You will also drive business process improvement efforts as needed.

What you'll work on:

  • Single Threaded Lead for the Product or Program within the Operations team
  • Engage with the Product Management, Development, and Supply Chain teams early in the product exploration phase to develop productization plans, influence features, drive manufacturability/repairability, cost, schedule, quality and risk decisions, ensure all requirements from all functions are incorporated into PRD
  • Cross functionally lead all Operations/Supply Chain teams and Manufacturing partners to drive product through development and mass production, create mitigation plans, discover/drive/monitor closure of key issues
  • Key gatekeeper for Operations for phase reviews
  • Collaborate with TPM to gain alignment, escalate critical issues, and communicate plans
  • Set and monitor operational KPI’s, drive improvement and closure with the responsible functions
  • Lead Cross-functional teams to resolve business impacting issues throughout the life of the product

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering or Operations
  • 8+ years of experience in Operations Program Management/NPI role in consumer electronics or industrial industry
  • Deep knowledge in Operations and Supply Chain and the Product Development Process
  • Cross-functional leadership experience and end to end thinking
  • Proven technical project management, influencing and teamwork skills
  • Experience working with and managing external suppliers and manufacturers
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills. Able to concisely communicate critical information
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple work threads to maximize impact

Bonus points for:

  • 10+ years of experience in leading development/delivery of multiple electronics products for different verticals, managing JDM’s with different models of engagement
  • Business oriented, managed SOW’s and RFI/RFQ’s and decision making processes
  • Experience in 6 Sigma, continuous improvement, process development

Salary Range: $151,173 - $175,766

In addition to the base salary, full-time employees are eligible for participation in Mason’s annual discretionary bonus plan and equity plan, subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay based on exemption status. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate including their skills, experience level, qualifications, location, and other job-related reasons.We know that benefits are also an important piece of your total compensation package.
