Mason is looking for a creative, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to create a new path within the GTM team and own both marketing communications and event management for our healthcare focused products. As a Marketing Campaign and Events Manager, you thrive in a fast-paced environment where deadlines and deliverables are in the forefront. You are creative and innovative and have a solid track record of successfully executing marketing projects and event programs which lead to strong lead generation and pipeline growth.

Location: Seattle - Hybrid must be onsite for occasional meetings and oversee event swag as needed.
What you’ll do:
- Plan, execute and manage all digital marketing and communication campaigns for Mason including optimizing SEO, company website, email campaigns and social media platforms, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and relevant for targeted healthcare segments which is proven by driving leads and pipeline creation.
- Develop and maintain a captivating customer journey through digital media (social, web, email), content syndication, third party webinars, and other engagement vehicles to deliver fully integrated campaigns
- Coordinate with sales on outreach and follow-up communications for marketing campaigns, ensuring the alignment between sales and marketing is present from the beginning to end of the campaign
- Map content story arcs to target personas; Orchestrate tactics, assets, and messages that align to Mason buying stages
- Forecast, track, and report on marketing campaign performance; Develop and implement testing plans to drive continual improvement
- Demonstrate familiarity with industry trade organizations, publications, conferences and events by creating and executing a data-driven event, sponsorship and speaking engagement strategy to create effective sales and marketing opportunities
- Organize in person and online events including event marketing, communications, and promotional activities, collaborating to create event materials, invitations, and digital campaigns.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, analyzing feedback, data, and metrics to measure event success, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for future events.
- May require travel to on-site events.
What you bring to the table:
- 5+ years related experience creating and executing campaigns in a hyper-growth technology company
- Proven track record for developing content for websites, email marketing, lead nurturing and sales enablement
- Experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot and / or Clari-Groove for campaigns
- Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
- Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
- Ability to analyze metrics, reports, and trends to quickly adjust tactics and campaigns
- Strong project management skills
- Ambitious self-starter who can focus and prioritize
- High degree of initiative and self-motivation with a strong sense of accountability
- Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems with minimal direction and make decisions with confidence
- Aptitude to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with and leading cross-functional marketing and business projects and successfully collaborating with colleagues in remote settings.

- Worked in a startup environment
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software
- Healthcare experience
Full compensation packages are based on experience.
In addition to the base salary, full-time employees are eligible for participation in Mason’s annual discretionary bonus plan and equity plan, subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay based on exemption status. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate including their skills, experience level, qualifications, location, and other job-related reasons.We know that benefits are also an important piece of your total compensation package.
