The Finance and Accounting Analyst helps in assisting through many aspects of the day to day operations on the accounting team; specifically, customer contract review, pricing, invoicing, cash collections, inventory accounting as well as various ad-hoc projects.
The Finance and Accounting Analyst works collaboratively across the organization to develop and implement new processes, policies, and automation tools to help create further operational excellence. The individual in this role thrives in a fast-paced environment, looks for new challenges to tackle every day, is open to unique cross team exposure, and will have an opportunity to play a critical role in building a great team.
What you'll be doing:
- Assist in all phases of corporate accounting including but not limited to AP, AR, accruals, COGS, inventory, fixed assets, prepaids, cash planning, and the closing process
- Create monthly invoicing for customers based on their contracts & follow-up on outstanding balances
- Cross functional collaboration with sales, operations and engineering to address customer inquiries and resolve billing-related issues efficiently
- Prepare P&L and balance sheet analysis to understand product line profitability and risks
- Process biweekly payroll via Paylocity
- Drive process improvement projects to streamline and automate manual workflows
- Support other special projects according to the needs of the Company
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial data in support of management reporting
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- REQUIRED: 4+ years of related experience in Accounting
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast paced work environment
- Excellent G-Sheet, Microsoft Excel & related Suite experience
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Certified Public Accountant or MBA (major plus)
- Experience with Quickbooks Online

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days/week in office Downtown Seattle). Only local applicants will be considered.
The compensation range for this role is $100K - $120K USD. Actual pay will vary based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies.
