About the Role:
As the Sr. TPM for international expansion, you will partner closely with product, engineering, IT and other stakeholders to drive the entire international expansion roadmap at Motive. This includes owning the technical roadmap of country launches, and helping make sure our newly launched countries have the products & features they need delivered successfully & on time. International expansion impacts every team at the company, and you will be the programmatic glue that ensures that teams are able to execute our projects efficiently & clearly.
To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable leading large cross-functional projects, and interfacing with/influencing senior leadership. You are comfortable jumping into new and ambiguous situations, and bring structure & clarity to drive results. Attention to detail and the ability to keep large projects on track is critical.
This role reports into the product organization, and you will be closely aligned with both product and engineering, as well as other functional teams at the company. Thai is a role on a “startup team” and it will wear many hats.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive Motive’s country launch programs across all teams at the company.
- Prioritize & deliver product & engineering roadmaps that make our new geographies successful.
- Establish feedback loops between operations and tech teams to ensure that international customer needs & feedback are heard & addressed.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical program management role, or demonstrated success in program management at a technical company.
- Experience leading company-wide or org-wide projects with large impact.
- Strong technical program management skills. Someone who brings the structure and keeps our teams organized and on track.
