  • About the Role:
    • Own SDR success through data, coaching, and championing excellence.
    • Partner with Sales Leadership, SDR Managers, and Marketing to drive pipeline growth and SDR career development.
    • Champion the adoption of key tools and methodologies like Hot Seats, SalesNav, SalesLoft, and Champion cadences and outreach messaging.
    What You'll Do:
    • Continue building upon our winning onboarding programs with a focus on cold-calling skills and product testing.
    • Analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven enablement strategies.
    • Partner with enablement ops teams to centralize the "SDR Team Hub" for training materials, best practices, and knowledge sharing.
    What We're Looking For:
    • 2+ years of Sales or Enablement experience, preferably in tech.
    • Deep understanding of the SDR sales cycle and challenges.
    • Data enthusiast with strong analytical and communication skills.
    • Skilled coach and facilitator with a passion for building high-performing teams.
    • Experience developing and implementing enablement programs.
    • Relevant certification or knowledge. (Bonus points for Salesloft and marketing experience)
