Role Summary

This Product Manager plays a critical role by delivering the core product features to help our customers get the maximum savings using Motive Cards. This role owns our Cardholder's mobile app's product strategy, roadmap, and ongoing management. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in customer research, data-driven product development, building roadmaps, setting goals and measuring product success. They demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset to invent customer-first solutions that foster growth for both Motive & our customers.

As Senior Product Manager, Customer Savings - you will work closely with customers, analytics, product, design and engineering teams to build innovative solutions that help customers save more using the Motive card, help them improve their ROI & drive Motive Card growth. You’ll need to quickly develop expert knowledge of our customers, our offerings, and the market. In return, you’ll receive visibility across the organization and will be a key voice in one of the most exciting companies in the transportation industry.   • Understand our customers, how they use fleet cards & their unique preferences
  • Use primary, secondary research & data effectively to come up with best-in-class, industry-first experiences helping our customers save more using cards
  • Build engaging, innovative product experiences across platforms (web, mobile) that drive customer savings & customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with business leaders from stakeholder teams on formulation and execution of the overall digital strategy, vision and product roadmap.
  • Incorporate feedback from customers and stakeholders finding ways to expand product market reach.
  • Provide thought leadership to stakeholders to support quickly evolving priorities.
  • Develop product documentation including product requirement documentation, wireframes and process flows.
  • Partner closely with our design team to design product features that turn our customers into raving fans.
  • Partner closely with engineering to quickly and iteratively ship code that has a very high success rate.
  • Actively contribute to an amazing work culture.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years product management experience preferably on B2C products / or driving growth for B2B products.
  • Proven experience in delivering commercially successful, end customer focused products.
  • Can build data-driven products; you regularly seek out and use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and opinions.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with different personality types and seniority levels.
  • Have enough technical knowledge to gain the respect of software engineers.
  • Have a strong product intuition which reflects in the product design decisions
  • Experience working effectively with remote/offshore teams.
  • Experience in agile product development.
