About the Role:
We’re hiring an experienced Web Analyst to own end‑to‑end web analytics across gomotive.com and key web surfaces supporting Growth Marketing, Web Marketing, and Demand Gen. You will define our measurement strategy, collaborate with partner teams to ensure trustworthy pipelines and tagging in close alignment with marketing analytics and business intelligence, build reporting and dashboards, and support experiment analysis and reporting. This role is a hybrid role with 2-3 days a week based in our Islamabad office and collaboration with North America time zones.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain the global web measurement framework: KPIs, funnel definitions, event taxonomies, data layer specs, and QA processes across Amplitude and Google Tag Manager
- Own web analytics implementation and governance: tagging plans, consent/compliance alignment, definition agreement with marketing analytics on full-funnel impact measuring
- Develop source‑of‑truth dashboards (Amplitude/Tableau/Retool/Redash/Google Search Console) for traffic, content/media, SEO, site performance, customer journey, experimentation, and conversion, with drill‑down to channel, audience, and segment
- Partner with Web, SEO, Paid Media, CRO and analytics to quantify impact, and roll learnings into both readouts and actionable insights
- Connect web analytics with downstream data (e.g., BigQuery/warehouse, Marketing automation platform, CRM) to improve attribution, pipeline visibility, and content ROI measurement
- Establish monitoring for data quality and incident workflows with Web and marketing analytics teams to resolve issues quickly
- Create clear, action‑oriented insights and communications for executives and cross‑functional partners; champion data literacy and best practices across Marketing in conjunction with rest of marketing analytics
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in web/digital analytics for high‑impact marketing sites (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Advanced Amplitude or similar Web analytics tool expertise and strong QA discipline
- Experience surfacing actionable insights in digestible reporting and dashboards for business audiences to leverage to find solutions and improve performance
- Proficiency with SQL/BigQuery (or equivalent) to audit tracking, stitch datasets, and validate insights; strong Looker Studio/Power BI/Tableau/Retool/Redash storytelling.
- Solid understanding of SEO analytics, Core Web Vitals, Google Search Console metrics, page performance, and their relationship to acquisition and conversion
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to translate complexity into crisp, prioritized actions
- Bonus: Amplitude/Mixpanel, Python/R for analysis, or Looker semantic modeling; experience connecting web to Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo) and CRM Salesforce), paid marketing campaign performance metrics and analysis experience
- Based in our Islamabad office (hybrid, 2-3 days a week); collaborate closely with colleagues in Pakistan and North America, aligned to US working hours
