Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People Experience Intern who will provide support to the People team. In this role, you will contribute to the end-to-end employee lifecycle, supporting both recruitment and operational activities. You will work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure an excellent employee experience, help maintain a positive workplace culture, and leverage digital tools and technology to streamline processes.
Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, providing support across all people-related matters
- Support the delivery of key HR initiatives across the People Experience function
- Maintain and update the HRIS to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Support day-to-day people operations, including benefits administration, background checks, employee welfare, etc
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including planning and executing internal events and surveys
- Ensure employee compliance with company processes and policies
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding
- Assist in building and maintaining strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
- Monitor key people metrics through existing dashboards and highlighting trends or gaps where needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Familiarity with resume databases and professional networks
- Nice to have: Previous experience or internship in HR/People Experience, and exposure to HR systems, including HRIS and ATS platforms
