About the role

Information security is a complex matter and needs to be part of everyday life for employees, customers and partners. It's not just a matter of compliance, but also one of human risk management. In this role, you will be required to:

• Have a strategic vision and oversee efforts to continue to build a global security awareness program that is digestible by all;
• Help to design and establish initiatives and procedures that encompasses the strategic direction of the awareness program;
• Drive agreements and solutions for compliance and audits demands;
• Create behavior change initiatives to address human factor risk;
• Deliver awareness solutions to a diverse audience, like end-users, tech users and executives;
• Develop communications flows and content;
• Ensure accurate reporting based on KPIs;
• Support internal communities management;
• Support awareness tests like phishing simulations.

Basic Qualifications

• Curious and innovative analyst with a passion for information security and how it relates to day by day processes;
• Tech background in information security awareness;
• Knowledge in GRC (including audits);
• Knowledge in standards and frameworks such as those of NIST, SANS, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS;
• Knowledge in communications and engagement processes;
• Teamwork, project management and analytics skills;
• Good understanding of the English language.
