Our Business Development team

Our mission is to help Nubank develop a mid-long term business vision by providing teams with strategic advice, external perspectives and acting as business enablers for new opportunities across the organization. The Business Development Team studies and supports strategic business decisions; prospects and develops new product opportunities; prospects, develops and closes strategic partnerships that contribute to our mission of fighting complexity and empowering people to take control of their finances.

As a Business Development Sr Consultant, you'll be expected to:

• Identify new opportunities for the organization and consequently develop the goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics (plans) required to achieve them;
• Collaborate with executive team members (locally and regionally) to determine and prioritize business strategies;
• Support development, direction and delivery of strategic initiatives through content leadership, structuring expertise and ability to execute;
• Conduct ongoing market research;
• Lead strategic projects and initiatives that generate value and growth for the Mexican strategy;
  
  

We are looking for a Business Development Sr Consultant professional who has:

• Ability to tackle complex problems involving a number of topics/variables, such as business, regulatory, finance and product;
• Experience developing partnerships from inception to delivery preferred but not required;
• Ability to work and lead through influence multidisciplinary teams (product, legal, compliance, finance, marketing, IT);
• Manage numerous initiatives and projects concurrently and strategically;
• Ability to deliver for the short and long term, as well as flexibility to deal with changes in the process
• Great business judgment and ability (and interest) to make, both, strategic and operational decisions;
• Self-starter and ability to work independently (must);
• Hands-on and willing to get hands dirty on execution;
• Great team player, communication (written and verbal) and listening skills;
• Proficient level of english (written and verbal);
• Solid analytical background. Must be comfortable analyzing data to make decisions;
• Curiosity and willingness to learn;
• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as: Business, Engineering, Math, and Economics;
