About the Role
This position is responsible for the tactical and strategic management of our global facilities scope. The Specialist will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence through a strong focus on governance, standardization, and process optimization.
Based in Brazil, the role involves collaborating across regions to implement global guidelines, manage service delivery, and maintain high-quality standards for the Nubanker experience, ensuring our workplace operations are scalable and aligned with Nubank’s global growth.
Main responsibilities
- Knowledge of Facilities (Hard and Soft Services) to ensure that all facilities services are delivered with high quality and in full compliance with Nubank's global standards;
- Lead and manage end-to-end strategic Workplace projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, risk management, budget control, and alignment with multidisciplinary stakeholders;
- Establish and manage the operational governance structure, ensuring the quality of deliverables, adherence to project deadlines, and rigorous monitoring of partner performance;
- Manage the Nubanker satisfaction journey, developing metrics and feedback tools to conduct strategic analyses that drive continuous improvement with execution teams and partners;
- Responsible for the governance of Workplace communication channels and content, ensuring the updating of policies, internal guidelines, and support pages to guarantee clarity and easy access to information for all Nubankers;
- Identify, develop and lead initiatives to drive process improvement, cost reduction, efficiency and innovation;
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), evaluating the technical scope of contracts and proposals to ensure execution control, deliverable compliance, and alignment with best market benchmarks.
- Ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
- Possess a systemic vision to consolidate complex data and information into executive reports, translating operational metrics into strategic insights to support leadership decision-making
- Financial knowledge, budget control, data, dashboards, and artificial intelligence are essential for the role.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor degree (Engineering, Architecture, Business or other similar courses)
- 5+ years’ experience in Facilities Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish is a plus.
