About the team

The Candidate Experience team is responsible for keeping the recruitment engine running with excellence. Our work goes beyond the candidate's experience: we are the connecting point between quality, operational efficiency, automation, and governance for Nu's selection processes.

About the role

You will work in partnership with recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders from various countries to ensure our selection processes flow with quality, structure, and reliable data. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Monitoring ongoing selection processes;
  • Executing and continuously improving operational routines (high-volume scheduling, template reviews, online exercises, pipeline structures, dashboards, etc.);
  • Creating and maintaining initiatives for process optimization and automation (using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, GoodTime, Greenhouse, Slack workflows, etc.);
  • Supporting interviews (structuring interview blocks, committees, participation, and engagement analysis);
  • Diagnosing and resolving operational bottlenecks (e.g., scheduling SLA, % of reschedules, cancellations, template failures).

What we're looking for

  • Advanced or fluent English (must-have);
  • Organization, proactivity, and attention to detail;
  • Ability to scale high-volume operations;
  • Capacity for data analysis and interpretation;
  • Experience with ATS and scheduling tools, Slack, Sheets (or the willingness to learn);
  • Ability to structure routines and implement process improvements;
  • Communication skills with different audiences (tech, business, leadership).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Talent Acquisition or HR/recruitment operations;
  • Intermediate Spanish;
  • Experience with agile methodologies;
  • Enjoy automating things (Zapier, basic scripts, formulas, workflows).
