About the role

We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution of Brand Sponsorships & Campaigns in São Paulo.

This is a senior, high ownership role. You will be leading some key brand sponsorships partners and it's overall strategy looking how we can keep building a strong and a culturally connected brand in the market. You will work transversally with interdependent teams to capture synergies and ensure message fluidity. You will orchestrate complex, integrated media campaigns, leading internal and external partners with a holistic mindset. Beyond managing deliverables, you will ensure that every initiative creates real value for both the customer and the business—raising the bar on quality, process efficiency, and brand consistency

  • Lead the overall brand sponsorships strategy, ensuring each initiative reinforces Nubank’s masterbrand and cultural relevance.
  • Strategic campaign orchestration: Lead the end-to-end communication plans for large-scale initiatives – from strategy to GTM – developing integrated media and comms plans (TV, digital, social, PR, influencers, owned channels) in close partnership with Agency, Media, Creative, PR and other cross-functional teams.
  • Own the partnership planning horizon, designing the 2026 roadmap and laying the strategic groundwork for 2027 to ensure continuity, scale and long-term impact across sponsorship platforms.
  • Drive integrated creative and production work: Build sharp, inspiring creative briefs and partner with internal creative teams and agencies on concept development, production and craft.
  • Oversee large, complex productions (OOH/LED, branded content, events, site/tech mechanics, hospitality experiences), ensuring feasibility, risk management, timelines and brand consistency.
  • Transversal leadership & influence: Navigate effectively across the organization (Product BUs, Legal, CX and others), acting as the bridge that connects stakeholders and unlocking synergies across marketing initiatives through trust-based influence and clear communication.
  • Performance & decision making: Own the measurement agenda, connecting campaign metrics and business KPIs to generate insights that inform decisions and ensure initiatives drive growth, brand health and engagement.
  • Brand & quality guardianship: Act as a key guardian of Nubank’s brand, orchestrating internal teams and external agencies to deliver best-in-class work that builds distinctiveness while adhering to brand foundations and guidelines.
  • Coach and elevate the bar: Lead cross-functional squads and agencies through influence (no direct people management), setting a high bar for strategy, creativity and execution.

Skills you´ll need to succeed:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in sponsorships, 360 brand campaigns, brand management and/ or marketing strategy.
  • Proven track record leading large, complex marketing projects end‑to‑end (strategy, campaigns, GTM, execution, measurement) with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong experience working with creative agencies, media teams, and production partners.
  • Brand strategy and brand building knowledge.
  • Clear, structured thinking, with the ability to define strategy, make trade-offs, prioritize, make decisions and operate independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities and strategies might shift quickly.
  • English professional proficiency.

Our Nu Way of Working:

The Nu Way of Working is our hybrid work model that was created so people could collaborate more in person and still keep the flexibility of remote work. Starting in July 2026 we will attend the office 2 days a week and by January 2027 3 days a week. In this case in our São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro Office.
