Pangaea creates and grows digitally native brands on a global scale. Our two brands are Lumin and Meridian, both in the personal care space. Our goal is to create iconic, disruptive, and culture impacting brands that attract communities of brand lovers across borders. Since our launch in 2018, we’ve sold our products in 50 different countries and have grown to over 50 employees and contractors across several locations in the world!

THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Data Analytics Intern to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about analyzing and engineering data to make a significant business impact, we want to hear from you.

As a Business Data Analytics Intern at Pangaea Holdings Inc., Inc. you will play an important role in building and analyzing data models. You will work closely with our analytics teams to ensure that data is readily accessible and usable for a variety of purposes, including reporting, machine learning, and business intelligence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work directly with clients to understand the individual needs of the business
• Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge
• Create and present presentations and reports to executive team members and shareholders to support recommendations
• Build data models, dashboards, and custom reports to track key metrics and leverage data to define and deliver effective analytical solutions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed or working towards a degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field of study
• Available to work for school credit for a minimum of 10 hours per week
• Proficient in at least one programming language, familiar with basic data structures and algorithms
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot table, advanced formulas)
• Passion for the health, beauty, wellness and/or personal care space
• Eager to learn, have a positive attitude, receptive to feedback

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This is a part-time, unpaid internship. Benefits include:
