The mission of the Revenue Enablement team is to maximize employee performance by delivering learning experiences, tools, and processes that enable all Plaid Revenue and Support employees to do their best work, develop their skills, and drive business results. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in creating and fostering a supportive culture where our employees can succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding strategy across all GTM segments and functions
  • Partner with GTM leaders to ensure content reflects current workflows, processes and tools
  • Customize onboarding programs by role, region and segment to reflect function-specific workflows, systems and skill needs
  • Continuously improve onboarding based on learner feedback, performance data and evolving business priorities
  • Define learning objectives, success criteria and progression milestones for new hires
  • Apply instructional design principles to develop scalable, engaging curriculum in partnership with functional stakeholders
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics including cohort tracking, manager communications, Slack setup and tech provisioning
  • Facilitate live sessions such as onboarding kickoffs, check-ins and tool overviews
  • Own the onboarding calendar including internal enablement sessions and 3rd party programs
  • Ensure proper activation of tech stack tools (Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Nav, etc.)
  • Define and track onboarding success metrics and collaborate with RevOps, Product Enablement, and People teams to align on onboarding data, reporting and delivery
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new hires and managers, providing timely, personalized support

Qualifications

  • Experience building and delivering onboarding programs in fast-paced, high-growth GTM environments
  • Deep understanding of sales, post-sales, and customer success workflows
  • Ability to manage multiple cohorts and initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with enablement tools and platforms such as LMS, Highspot, Gong, and Salesforce
  • Comfort with evolving requirements, ambiguity, and continuous iteration
  • Experience designing onboarding programs aligned to methodology (e.g., Selling for Impact, WbD)
  • Proven ability to measure program effectiveness and translate insights into actionable improvements
