Who you are:
You have +5 years of Product Management experience under your belt and are looking for your next challenge in a hyper-growth, fast-paced, industry disrupting, SaaS company. You are excited to work with emerging technologies and modern tech stack with a collaborative team, where you will have a direct impact on the customer experience.
Does this sound like you? If so, keep reading and apply today!
What you’ll do:
- Define and prioritize new features, rule‑configurability, version control, and automation enhancements (e.g. lock desk workflows, re‑price automation, lock extensions, re‑locks, float‑downs, price exceptions) to deliver scalable, flexible pricing and margin management.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, design, data science / analytics (and AI/ML teams as relevant), customer success, sales, and operations to deliver robust, scalable, cloud‑native solutions — from internal tooling to customer‑facing workflows.
- Define success metrics and monitor the performance of PPE (adoption, speed, margin improvement, error reduction, user satisfaction), and continuously refine based on feedback and data.
- Drive go-to-market readiness for new pricing engine releases — including versioning, migration, backward compatibility (historical pricing, re-pricing), documentation, and communication to stakeholders (internal and external).
- Act as subject‑matter expert for pricing and secondary‑market/ capital‑market complexities — ensure compliance constraints, investor requirements, mortgage product types (conforming, non‑conforming, government, HFA, non-QM, portfolio, etc.) are supported and correctly modeled.
- Work closely with integration/API partners (e.g. LOS platforms) to ensure seamless data flows, consistent pricing outputs, and high‑performance interactions between Polly and partner systems.
What you have:
- Strong product management experience (5–8+ years), preferably with pricing engines, financial products, or FinTech — comfortable owning complex systems with many interdependencies.
- Deep familiarity with mortgage capital markets or secondary‑market processes, including different loan product types, investor rules, margin dynamics, lock desk workflows, re‑pricing, and loan sale/delivery.
- Analytical and data‑driven mindset: ability to define, track, and act on KPIs; comfortable working with data, analytics, and (ideally) AI/ML-informed insights to drive product decisions.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams (engineering, data, ops, sales, customer success) to deliver complex product initiatives from ideation to release and adoption.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to balance lender/customer needs, business constraints, and technical feasibility.
- Experience working with cloud-native, scalable architectures and SaaS products; familiarity with integrations (APIs), versioning, configuration management, and scalable rule engines or workflow automation platforms.
Extras you bring to the table:
- Comfort with rapidly evolving environments: ability to balance speed to market with product quality, compliance, and investor requirements.
- Familiarity or interest in AI/ML applications within mortgage pricing or eligibility — leveraging data science to support “near‑miss pricing/eligibility”, loan officer recommendations, or predictive analytics.
- Strategic vision: ability to think beyond immediate feature requests — anticipate where mortgage markets are heading, and evolve PPE to support new loan types, regulatory changes, or capital‑market dynamics.
- Empathy for end users (lenders, loan officers, lock desks) — designing tools that balance power, configurability, and usability to minimize friction, reduce errors, and optimize operational efficiency.
