What you’ll do:
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own hiring processes end-to-end, from role scoping through to offer and acceptance. Build strong pipelines of qualified candidates using proactive sourcing and market mapping.
- Partner with Hiring Managers: Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and business leaders. Support with defining role requirements, interview processes, and hiring strategy. Provide guidance to ensure effective and consistent decision-making.
- Deliver a Best-in-Class Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate interaction reflects Polly’s standards, with clear communication, timely feedback, and a professional experience throughout the process.
- Own the Warsaw Office Experience: Act as the local point of ownership for the Warsaw office. Ensure the environment is well-run, organised, and supports the team to perform at a high level.
- Drive Local Culture & Engagement: Be a culture carrier for the Warsaw office. Support initiatives that bring the team together and strengthen alignment with Polly’s values.
- Lead Local Projects: Take ownership of key initiatives across recruiting, operations, and office management. Identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive execution.
What you have:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting Ownership: Experience managing end-to-end recruiting processes, with the ability to independently drive multiple searches while maintaining quality and pace.

This role will be structured as an independent contractor engagement through Deel’s Contractor of Record (COR) model. While you will collaborate directly with our team, Deel will act as your legal contracting entity in Poland and will manage contracts, payments, and compliance.
