At Popmenu, we’re on a mission to change the landscape of the restaurant industry, and we’re looking for a Regional Sales Leader to join our dynamic team in Houston.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing and scaling our sales efforts. You’ll mentor and guide your sales team to achieve and exceed their goals while developing effective strategies that resonate with restaurant owners and operators. As a leader, you’ll help cultivate an environment that drives results and fosters an inclusive culture.

  • Proven track record in sales leadership, specifically in a SaaS or restaurant technology environment
  • Strong understanding of the restaurant industry and marketplace dynamics
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth
  • Exceptional leadership qualities to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Experience in cultivating relationships and managing key accounts
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging various stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple projects
  • Passion for food and technology is a plus, as is any experience in the restaurant sector
