In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid search campaigns to ensure maximum exposure and conversions for our brand while effectively utilizing budget resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize effective paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and strategies.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and produce targeted ad copy that drives engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPA, and ROI, and use these insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Utilize A/B testing methodologies to refine advertisement creative, landing pages, and targeting strategies to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align campaigns with overall objectives and ensure consistency in messaging across channels.
- Monitor campaign budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize advertising impact.
- Stay abreast of recent trends and best practices in paid search advertising and digital marketing in the hospitality sector.
- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, presenting recommendations for future strategies at team meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns in a digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads and other PPC platforms, with hands-on experience in campaign management and optimization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to articulate ideas and strategies to support campaign decisions.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.
