As a Senior Product Lead at Rappi, you will be at the forefront of our mission to revolutionize people's lives. You will be part of a dynamic team pushing the boundaries of innovation as we build the most advanced Generative AI and ML Contact Center Platform.

In this role, your work will directly impact our customers' satisfaction and operations' efficiency. You will collaborate closely with your engineering leader and design team to execute the product roadmap. Additionally, you will be working with the Experience team to map automated solutions, understand our courier needs, and grasp the operational requirements of our final customers.

Working with other Product Leads, you will contribute significantly to the growth and evolution of the Experience product organization. We continually embrace change and development, striving to improve as a team every week.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:

  • Set and maintain a clear vision for one or two Squads, ensuring alignment with broader OKRs.

  • Act as the primary domain expert, continuously enhancing product knowledge.

  • Collaborate with design on user-centric research and development.

  • Prioritize tasks in alignment with the overarching strategy.

  • Serve as a guiding figure, inspiring the Squad and cross-functional teams.

  • Build and nurture internal and external partnerships for product success.

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills in all interactions.

  • Engage proactively with stakeholders and facilitate effective meetings.

  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with Squad goals.

  • Implement and utilize measurement frameworks to assess feature success

  • Maintain a well-organized product backlog.

Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering products and features on time.

  • Experience developing scalable, complex products in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency or working proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.

  • Experience with machine learning, OpenAI, LLMs, and AI is a plus

  • Knowledge of Contact Center technology and operations is a plus.

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
