The Paid Social analyst within the Global Growth team at Rappi is responsible for driving crucial marketing and analytic capabilities, from ideation phase all the way to becoming a successful insights and improvements generator across countries, verticals, OS and channels.
1. Bring new users and orders with efficient CAC/CPOs.
2. Efficient budget allocations between campaigns and channels, with a data-driven approach.
3. Generate insights that will uncover investment and experimentation opportunities.
As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
Monitor and analyze performance data of Paid Social campaigns, suggesting new strategies for growth, raising red flags, identifying trends, designing solutions and executing action plans that will take performance to the next level.
Learn with data, design own dashboards to track day-to-day performance and special projects.
Design, execute and analyze results of tests in coordination with Media Partners (Facebook/TikTok/X), internal cross-functional teams (Adtech, Brand, Local teams) and your Manager. Run alpha/beta testing of new products launched by the medias and proving it’s value for Rappi.
Work in closed partnerships with the Branding/Content team at Rappi, as well as external agencies, providing them with timely and effective insights to improve the efficiency of our creatives.
Continuously learn about new features, products and capabilities of the channels you manage to suggest experiments and foster producti adoption.
You will be reporting directly to the Paid Social Manager.
Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?
1 - 3 years in a paid-media, performance-driven environment.
Proven experience managing Facebook and or Tiktok Campaigns.
100% bilingual (English and Spanish).
Data-driven. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills - comfortable working in changing environments and dealing with high complex business challenges.
Great communication and presentation Skills.
Thrives working in a very fast paced, rapidly evolving environment.
Education: Engineering, Economics, Business Administration.
SQL working knowledge.
Working knowledge of analytics & tracking tools (e.g Appsflyer, Amplitude, Singular, Apptweak).
